Good Day

Something out there is trying to make my day good today. First, it's raining. It's been so hot around here, we needed the rain.

Second, I woke up and checked my email, and I had a newsletter from the No Doubt mailing list giving the times and channels that No Doubt would be making TV appearances. One of them was RIGHT at that moment on the Today show (NBC). Since the Today show tends to last for a few hours, I was afraid I had missed it. I didn't even know the channel for NBC, so I had to look it up... but when I finally found it and turned it on, lo and behold, there was Gwen. They had just started. Talk about a coincidence.

I guess my day is going well to balance out the terrible day that I had on Wednesday.

Also, this has nothing to do with my good day, but I found this really cool scarf on the interweb: here. I want to try to make it.
